Question -“ What is the best way to sing our heart’s Song?”

And to be able to release the song of the heart one must first find where one has hidden one’s heart. I’m not referring the organ of the body, although this is a clue and can help indicate the seeker of the heart. I am talking of that to which I refer as the secret and sacred heart of your true being, which you buried and hid away, understandably, when you experienced pain, loss and fear.
A reason why you did this hiding away of the true heart, was so that you could find it later safely kept so that you could uncover it. When the time is right and you are ready to explore the realm of the heart of the true self.

There is only ever a time when you are ready. It is not just any old time, it is not. Time designated to the future, nor is it a time lost in the past.
The time to open and uncover that you may explore your true heart is only ever this time - NOW. The time which is timeless. The time is the key. So when you are ready you are ready NOW.

NOW is the key, NOW will always be the key.

So use the key of NOW to open the door to your true heart right at the centre of yourself. It is so precious, so tender yet so strong and so resilient. But only when you have found it again can you know this. You cannot know it as an idea or concept - you must know it as a feeling the present ‘NOWness’ of this deep, wide, infinite, spacious heart-self.

THE PRACTICE

Bring your 2 hands together and offer up a prayer to your heart right in front of the space where your physical heart lies, and then, with the most tender, caring, loving and compassionate gentle touch, bring these 2 hands to rest with the palms facing inwards upon the centre of your chest.

Feel, gently feel. Open up to the feeling of what lies where the palms touch the chest.
Open yourself to this most tender space.
When you have connected with the feeling, whatever it feels like, just as it is - open the palms of both hands in a gesture of offering up this heart to the infinite, open, vast Universe.

Release your heart feeling into this. That you become one with this, and then speak out into the infinite Universe, which your heart is melding with, these words:
“ I give thanks to my own tender heart and I give thanks to the open, infinite Universe.
My heart, the Universe are ONE and I give thanks for this.”
